Abstracts may only be submitted by participants who have already been registered. Please note that all participants are restricted to a maximum of 1 presentation, either oral or poster. any request for extra will be subjected to availability of slots and timetabling. The format of the abstract is as stated in the scientific presentations page. thank you

please give us a few days to validate your abstract and confirm its acceptance. in the event that we have too many abstracts, the abstracts wll be vetted by a panel of juries to decide the best papers to be presented. upon receiving an email of confirmation, please submit a recent photo of yourself (not passport photo if possible) which will be included in the abstract book, with a brief biodata. thank you
