                         payment or flight itinery is given.

 

14th May 2009: The Venue has been confirmed at Palace of The Golden
                          Horses. An International Standard 5 Star Hotel.
                         
All Conference programs and 
                          accomodations will be at the venue

Fees

International Delegates

Datelines: 

Participant Registration: 1st August 2009

Abstract submission: 15th July 2009

Any late entries will only be accepted based on availability.
Places will be confirmed upon payment received. Places are on first come first serve basis subject to confirmation by payment or submission of flight itinery

Fees: RM1200 or USD350
        
RM1500 or USD430 if payment made after 1st August 2009.
        All Registrations must be confirmed by payment
of at least RM600 within 2 weeks of
        registration as required to reserve the hotel. 

Inclusive of:

  • Airport pickup and all other relevant transportation
  • 3 nights accommodation from the 4th till the 7th of September 2009 at conference venue (4 star and above international standard hotel)
  • Conference package including all scientific sessions, all workshops, all plenaries and all forums
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout the conference, The grand Dinner and a dinner on top of Kuala Lumpur Tower Revolving Restaurant(tentative)
  • Kuala Lumpur tour on the morning of the 4th of September (delegates are adviced to arrive 1 day earlier)
  • Night tour of Kuala Lumpur


Post Conference tour (leaving about 1am on the 8th of September) to Penang Island

RM1000 or USD 280

Inclusive of:

  • 3 nights accommodation in Penang Island (4 star International Standard Hotel)
  • Island tour
  • All dinners
  • Entrance fee to certain areas of attraction)
  • Transportation there and back and within Penang Island
  • Expected back in Kuala Lumpur by late evening 11th of September

Extra night accommodation either pre or post is at RM180 per night or USD 50 per night twin to triple sharing, which may be paid with the registration or on site.


Visa application

Upon Completion of the registration form, we shall provide all participants with an invitation letter which may hasten visa applications as well as immigration procedures in Malaysia

As Malaysia has strict currency guidelines, we recommend you make payment before hand, preferably via telegraphic transfer to our bank account. We shall furnish the details in our confirmation email upon registration. 

Transportation to Malaysia should be arranged by the participants but we recommend travelling as a delegation from your country. As and whenever possible, we may assist in providing local tour agencies to assist with flights and potentially obtain some discounts. 

 

Malaysian Delegates

The package offered below is for Medical Students registering en block only. Graduate doctors registering after 1st of May 2009 are charged based on foreign delegates package with RM100 discount for MMA members.

From now to 15th June 2009:

RM300 for Non MMA student members

RM250 for MMA student members

  • Payment via Direct banking MUST be done by 15th June
  • Payment via Cheque MUST be cleared by 30th June

After 15th June 2009:

RM 450 for Non MMA student members

RM 400 for MMA student members

Inclusive of:

  • 2 nights accommodation at conference hotel (registration through morning of 4th September)
  • Conference Package including Scientific Presentations, workshops, plenaries, forums
  • All meals including grand dinner


We are offering the optional package for the night of 6th September 2009 at

Inclusive of:

  • 1 night stay from the 6th till 7th

Malaysian Delegations are expected to register as a university delegation. Official Invitations has already been sent to your universities. If you require a soft copy of the invitation or would request for the delegation application form, please email us at mimsc2009@gmail.com. Malaysians Studying abroad will be charged the fee of foreign delegations if they so require extra accomodation as well as transportation from port of call. However, if the Malaysian delegation package is conclusive, you amy apply as a malaysian delegation through the registration on this page. This does not apply to Malaysians with PR status or residing abroad
